Olive oil experience

Moulin

Since November 2009, stays on the theme of olives are organised in the olive picking period (late October to December).

During the first part of your stay, you will be able to walk through our olive groves, to see how our trees are grown and looked after. You will then get an explanation of the different varieties of trees, and the olives they produce, and how they can be processed to produce eating olives and olive oil.

Moulin

You will be able to take part in the activity of olives picking both in the traditional way (by hand) and in the modern way (electric comb with nets).

In a second part, you will get to see the processing of the olives you picked (explanation of how the press works, including health and safety issues...). In the shop, you'll get to taste the different varieties of olive oil produced on the estate.

At the end of your stay you will be able to buy your own olive oil and any other olive oil from the estate.

Bouteilles

You can be accommodated in our gites.

Do not hesitate to contact us by phone (no english spoken) or email us for more information (written english understood).

Thank you in advance to specify the number of people expected, and the gite and dates that you are interested in.
