Description of the house

The Sorbier is a typical and characterful stone villa provided with all amenities. It includes central heating, an open fireplace, a living room with a library, a TV and hi-fi equipment, a furnished kitchen, 3 bathrooms (1 with a bath, 2 with showers), 3 wc and a covered terrace with a barbecue grill, an outdoor table and a garage with a laundry room.

It is available by the week all year long.

Offering 120m², the house can accommodate: 2 couples (2 bedrooms with queen/king beds), 2 children (1 bedroom with twin beds) and 1 baby.

Internal layout

The villa is a 3 storey house (approximately 120 square meters).

On the upper ground floor:

• Kitchen with fridge and freezer compartment, catalytic oven, micro wave, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas hot plates, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, steam boiler.
• A covered terrace provided with a stone barbecue grill and a wooden table.
• A living room with a leather sofa (3 seater), 2 leather armchairs, a hi-fi, a flatscreen TV (connection to Canalsatellite is possible if you bring your own terminal), an open fireplace.
• One bathroom with a wc.

On the first floor:

• A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a dressing room provided with a baby bed,
• A bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed,
• A bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm twin beds,
• And a bathroom with wc.

On the lower ground floor:

• A laundry space with washing machine, ironing table and iron,
• A summer kitchen,
• A multijets shower,
• A wc,
• A 100 x 190 cm spare bed.
• A garage.

Next to the house:

There is a 10 x 4 m covered swimming pool, partially uncoverable and with secure locks, on an area of approximately 40 m² completely fenced.

The swimming pool is heated from mid March to early November.

Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area.

Available services

Pets are allowed at no extra cost.

Bed sheets/bed linen are available for hire (except for the baby bed).

The house must be returned in its original clean state otherwise a cleaning fee of 100 euros will be charged. It is however possible to pay for extra cleaning at the end of your stay.

Possibility for baby-sitting.

A library is available in the house as well as 'pétanque' boules and tourist information.

Wood for the fireplace can be provided.

Charcoal is not provided for the barbecue grill.
